First, for the new samples (The samples you did in front of me were excellent but the white ink will be a key factor in our decision):
- The PDF with the bird and the PDF with the horse can both have the entire background printed in white. Just like the sample with the parrot that you gave me.
- The file with the LOGOS it different though, Can we have the white ONLY in the logos?
- Can you show us all the usual options available for printing white?
- How soon can we get the samples? Can you ship them to this address?

Second, here are some questions I need answers on. Some of this we discussed, but I am hoping you can confirm it for me again:
- The print head can be raised 10cm, correct?
- How large was the printer we were working on? How much floor space will we need for it?
- Is the compressor part of the machine or will we need to supply one?
- How much does this model cost?
- Does this price include taxes and/or delivery?
- What is the usual time form when we order the machine to when it is delivered?
- How often must the print heads be replaced?
- How much are the replacement heads?
- Can the print heads be bought in Canada?
- What are the ink costs?
- Can the ink be bought in Canada?
- Will you be willing to come to the factory, in Elliot Lake, to help us with the initial setup? Will there be a cost with this?
