- Turn off UV Printer negative air pressure to ZERO.
- Close all color UV ink tank.
- Turn UV Printer one color such as cyan to cleaning position.
- Press fill cleaning for seconds.
- Turn UV Printer ink tank switch back to ink position.
- Press fill UV ink for seconds.
- Not use print head paper to clean the uv ink right away.
- Turn ON negative air pressure to -2.8~3.2 slowly.
- Turn on all UV ink to open position.
- Wait until the uv printer negative air press sack all uv ink in the surface of printhead.
- then use Lava UV Flatbed Printer special paper to clean the uv ink in the surface of print head.
- Print nozzle test
You should follow the above instruction step by step to clean other uv printer head air bubble.
